Mary keeps her hives mainly in the West Wight. Producing honey from different locations gives each batch its own unique flavour. Mary sells set and clear honey, Honey comb, beeswax candles, beeswax polish and hand made soap. During the autumn months Mary has a variety of dessert and cooking apples picked from her orchard.
